The 35CrMoV steel sleeve for aluminum strip rolling mill is a high-strength, wear-resistant customized component designed specifically for the high-precision and high surface quality requirements of aluminum rolling.

1. Core functions
Roll support reinforcement: used for the intermediate roll or support roll of six roll/twelve roll mills to resist the radial bending force during aluminum strip rolling (typical load 300-600MPa)
Dynamic accuracy maintenance: Under the condition of rolling speed 10-25m/s, control the roll gap fluctuation to be ≤ 0.005mm
Thermal management: Conducted rolling friction heat (instantaneous temperature in contact area can reach 200-250 ℃)

Aluminum material characteristic adaptation:
Prevent aluminum chip adhesion (surface hardness ≥ HRC45)
Resistance to chemical corrosion of rolling oil (emulsion environment with pH 8-10)
Mechanical load characteristics:
Endure more than 10 cycles of load (with high fatigue life requirements)
Micro motion wear risk (relative sliding amount with bearing mating surface ＜ 50 μ m)

1. Characteristics of 35CrMoV steel
Composition design (typical values):
C 0.32-0.38%, Cr 1.0-1.3%, Mo 0.4-0.6%, V 0.1-0.2%
Add V to form MC type carbides and refine grain size (ASTM grades 10-12)
Performance advantages:
Tensile strength ≥ 1100MPa (quenched and tempered state)
Fracture toughness KIC ≥ 90MPa · m 1/2
High temperature strength (yield strength retention rate>85% at 300 ℃)
2. Material modification plan
Surface strengthening:
Ion nitriding (white bright layer thickness of 20-30 μ m, surface hardness HV1100-1300)
Laser quenching (hardened strip width 5-8mm, depth 1.2-1.5mm)
Corrosion resistant treatment:
QPQ salt bath composite treatment (corrosion resistance 2-3 times higher than chrome plating)
Nanocomposite coating (such as TiAlN+MoS ?, friction coefficient<0.1)
Key heat treatment processes
Quenching and tempering treatment:
Quenching: 890 ℃ × 2h (water air alternating cooling)
Tempering: 580 ℃ × 3h (oil cooled to avoid the second type of tempering brittleness)
Dimensional stability treatment:
Cryogenic treatment (-196 ℃ × 24h, residual austenite<3%)
Time treatment (200 ℃ × 8h, eliminating processing stress)
4. Surface engineering
Composite reinforcement process:
A [Sandblasting treatment Sa3.0 level] -->B [Ion nitriding]
B -->C [Laser texturing]
C -->D [Magnetron Sputtering Coating]
Coating parameters:
CrN/AlCrN multilayer structure (total thickness 8-10 μ m)
