Core functions
High precision support: used for roll support sleeves in hot/cold rolling mills for non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum, and titanium, ensuring a thickness tolerance of ± 1-3 μ m for the plate and strip;
High temperature wear resistance: able to withstand high rolling temperatures (copper rolling up to 600 ℃) and metal debris friction;
Anti fatigue: Suitable for high-frequency rolling cycle loads (such as copper foil rolling mill speed of 1000-1500 rpm).
Typical operating conditions
High temperature+corrosion: Copper comes into contact with oxidized copper skin and cooling water during rolling;
High speed light load: The sleeve speed of the aluminum foil rolling mill is high (1500 rpm), but the rolling force is low;
Precision fit: The gap with the rolling mill is ≤ 0.02mm to prevent scratches on the plate surface caused by vibration.
